Dust your hands with flour and roll each one into a rope. Take 8 skewers, moist the top where you will start wrapping the dough then leave and wrap the dough all around and stop only at at the bottom. Moist this part as well. Hang the breadsticks over a deep pan and let it rise again until doubled then brush with half of the butter, melted and seasoned for at least an hour with the two garlic cloves, crashed. Bake sospended in a preheated oven at 190° for 15/20 minutes and when they will be golden take out from the oven and brush immediately with the butter left.
